CD-Singles
Kayak has not released many CD-singles. I think these are all of them...
This one is a single by De Kast, the Dutch band that played an important role in the Kayak reunion in 2000. The version of Ruthless Queen is played live by De Kast and Kayak together, at a concert in Arnhem (Holland).

Any idea if it is possible to get hands on the Cassandra single and Friendship and Love single?

Difficult! Cassandra is only a promo CDR with a simple colour insert. Friendship In Love is also only a promo, I guess. I haven't seen it in shops or on CD fairs. I always keep my eyes open for Kayak rarities, so who knows???
